Due to the all nature of our products, all sales are final barring defect. If you have any specific questions or problems with the products prior to, or after ordering, please feel free to contact us. We are very proud of what we sell and are happy to discuss it with you. We will gladly replace any unopened damaged or defective item or an item that needs to be replaced due to our error - such as wrong product shipped or wrong quantity, etc within 7-days of receipt.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Major Geeks store, only be ships to addresses in the United States. We do not accept any international orders for those items at this time.
